Bedartha Goswami poses as a scientist or a writer as the situation demands. Born in 1986 in Guwahati, he is currently set to graduate from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Pune with a master’s degree in science. His research focuses on nonlinear dynamics and chaos, at the inter-phase of physics and applied math and ecology and finance. He has put together a collection of (as yet unpublished) short stories, the majority of which was conceived at the Sangam House Writers’ Residency in December 2008.
