When most people hear the word “tofu,” the word “vegetarian” usually comes to mind. Usually, the second word that comes to mind (depending on who you are) is “bland.” However, the latter is definitely does not have to be the case. Tofu is a sponge for flavor -- in fact, tofu can be used in almost any dish.
