Gas-Bloating-Stomach Pain
Chew half a teaspoon of Cumin seeds and drink warm (hot) water, when you have gas, bloating and pain in stomach/abdomen due to indigestion. If you don't prefer to chew it, you can brew its tea in half a glass of water and drink while warm. This is also useful in lowback ache due to gas, constipation and menstrual pains.
