Dry skin

Instead of using chemical/synthetic moisturisers, apply warm sesame / coconut oil on full body, leave it for half an hour or one hour and then take a warm shower. Do this once or twice in a week.

Do not do this if you have indigestion, fever, cold, after meals and during night. Preferred time is in the morning, before breakfast.
