Sleep Problem / Insomnia

If you have problem sleeping, massage your feet with warm sesame oil for 8-10 minutes, then immerse your feet in warm water for 10 minutes. Then wipe them off and go to bed. Practice this regularly and you will notice your sleep getting better.
